Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging and tags
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
- Not be opened (for supplements and consumables)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened supplements or protein powders
- Personal care items
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive your return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using our prepaid label (for defective items)
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll expedite the process for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
